Is COD Available?

     Ans: NO COD is not available at the moment.


How much is the Shipping Fee?

     Ans: We Charge Rs 100/- for Shipping FEE.


How long does it take to receive my Order?

     Ans: Our Shipping time varies depending on your location. Your product will be delivered within 3-7 business days. Max delivery time is 7 – 15 business days.


How can I track my Order? 

     Ans: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

How can I cancel my Order?

     Ans: All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


How to get a Refund?

    Ans: If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



What if the product doesn't fit me?
No problem, we will exchange the product if it doesn't fit you properly. Contact us at PangpalekClothing@gmail.com.

What if the product is defective?
All our products pass through quality checks before we dispatch them. In case of any defect just send us the image of the defective product at contact@pangpalek.com and we will replace the defective product.


Is paying online secure?
We use Google Pay, Phonepe, Paytm, Razorpay & Sezzle as Payment gateways which are widely used and are one of the best Payment gateways in India for online transactions.


How will I know if the product is shipped?
We send regular updates via email and sms regarding the product delivery. All disputes are subjected to Delhi jurisdiction only.

Yes, we provide delivery services across India, including rural and remote areas.

Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. For metro cities, it may arrive sooner.

Yes, many of our designs are unisex, catering to all genders with a focus on versatility and style.

6. What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items should be unused, with tags intact.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide a tracking link via email or SMS. You can check the status anytime.

8. Are your clothes made in India?

Yes, all our products are proudly designed and manufactured in India, supporting local artisans and businesses.

9. Do you offer customization?

Currently, we don’t offer customization, but we’re exploring this option for the future.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (COD) for selected locations.

11. How should I care for your clothing?

We recommend machine washing in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying to maintain fabric quality.

12. Do you have physical stores?

Currently, we operate online but plan to launch physical stores in select cities soon.

13. Are there discounts or sales available?

Yes, we offer seasonal discounts and exclusive offers for our subscribers. Check our website or social media for updates.

14. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

In case of a damaged or incorrect product, contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

15. Do you have clothing for kids?

Currently, we focus on adults, but we’re planning to expand to kids' wear in the future.

Our brand combines 1990s-inspired street vintage with Northeast tribal traditions, offering unique designs with a cultural touch.

Yes, orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can initiate a return.
