Refund & Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the shipment leaves our facility at no cost. 

*Note: You can register to return your order within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

How do I return?

Are there any charges for return?

  • Yes, all returns and exchanges are charged at 100/-

What items are not returnable?

  • There is no return on items marked as SALE. In case you still wish to return the Sale product, please note that the shipping charges of Rs 100/- will need to be borne by the customer for sending the sale product back to us.

  • International Orders are not eligible for any return.

How many times can I register for Return/Exchange?

  • Returns/Exchange can only be availed once, only. 

Why will my return be rejected?

  • The item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and in perfect condition.

  • If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • It will take up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.

  • For Prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the source of payment.
